In true X Factor style, Aviva Health are looking for Ireland’s fittest school, calling all 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year secondary level students to battle it out on bleep tests. Created by DCU exercise physiologist, Prof Niall Moyna, the Schools' Fitness Challenge is a unique three part initiative designed to improve the health of children. Following an initial fitness test, schools complete a six week training course, and are then re-assessed to calculate scores. With thousands of students, hundreds of schools, and just two winners, it's game on.
