RIP.
A woman has been arrested in Dublin after the body of a woman in her 80s was discovered in the city centre.
The woman was found this morning with fatal injuries inside a property at Seville Place at around 11.50am.
Her body remains at the scene and it has been sealed off for a technical examination.
The Office of the State Pathologist has been notified and a post-mortem examination is set to be conducted later today.
A woman in her 40s was arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently being held at Store Street Garda station.
