The book, as well as its two follow ups were won in an auction by Penguin's Michael Joseph. According to 98fm, Sarah and Emer said: "Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine Aisling flying the Irish coop, so to have Michael Joseph and Penguin Random House showing her such love is so, so exciting for us. "We're also in great company with our literary heroines Marian Keyes and Sue Townsend part of the Michael Joseph family too."Excited to share the new cover of #omgwaca which is coming out in a smaller format this April just in time for your holibops (Aisling’s words not mine) #GillBooksSS18 pic.twitter.com/ZnUGZh8wOI

The novel has been on the bestseller list since it was released last August and, according to publishers Gill Books, is set to be one of the biggest sellers this holiday season. Recently, Gill Books confirmed that a film deal is being negotiated, after saying it would be similar to an "Irish Bridget Jones." "It’s incredible to see a break-out Irish hit like this doing battle for the No. 1 spot week after week with perennial favourites like Lee Child, Marian Keyes and Ross O’Carroll Kelly," the publishers said. Moving into international waters, as well as a movie deal? This just gets better and better.??? pic.twitter.com/WwyN834yUk
