According to People magazine, Paris and her husband, Carter Reum, spend the first week celebrating the birth of their baby boy in private.
She opened up on the subject on her podcast, 'This is Paris' and said herself and her hubby wanted to keep "everything really private."
Paris explained: "Not even my mom, my sisters, my best friend knew until he was over a week old.
"It was really nice to have that with Carter, be our own journey together. I just feel like my life has been so public, and I’ve never really had anything be just mine."

"I made a pact that we would not tell anyone"
Paris has lived a very public life and said her privacy has been "invaded" more times than she could count. But, her husband has always lived quite privately.
In her podcast she said it was very hard to keep her son a secret.
She said: "So when we were talking about it, I really felt that I wanted this journey to be for us only.
"Because we were so excited and wanted to tell our families, but we were just nervous because if you tell a person, then they tell someone, and all the sudden, it’s in TMZ or Page Six, and I’ve had enough of my life like that.
"So Carter and I literally made a pact together that we would not tell anyone."
Carter is an author and businessman who grew up in Chicago and already shares a daughter with ex Laura Bellizi.
