Prince Charles has the sweetest picture of himself and Meghan Markle framed in his home

"It shows how much the moment meant to him."

It's been seven months since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot in St. George's Chapel. And even still, there are countless new details emerging about the couple's big day, from the one thing that went wrong to the 'key' detail Meghan was keen to have in her wedding dress. However, the latest royal wedding detail to emerge is incredibly sweet. Prince Charles reportedly has a framed photo of himself walking his now-daughter-in-law, Meghan Markle, down the aisle at the royal wedding. The Daily Mail's royal correspondent Rebecca English said on Twitter that there is a framed black-and-white photo of the moment on display in a public area of Clarence House, his official residence. She wrote:

"At Clarence House today I spotted a framed black and white photograph (in the public area) of the Prince of Wales walking his soon to be daughter-in-law, Meghan Markle, towards the altar at St George’s Chapel. “It was very touching - and shows how much the moment meant to him.”

In the documentary, Prince, Son and Heir: Charles at 70, Harry spoke about those final few days before the wedding and his dad's reaction when he asked him to accompany Meghan. He said:

“I asked him to and I think he knew it was coming and he immediately said, ‘Yes, of course, I’ll do whatever Meghan needs and I’m here to support you.’ “For him, that’s a fantastic opportunity to step up and be that support, and you know he’s our father so of course he’s gonna be there for us.”

Duchess of Cornwall Camilla also found the moment to be incredibly special.

“I think that was very touching, sitting where I was, you couldn’t hear what he said,” she reveals in the documentary. “But afterwards watching it on the television, I… I think it was a very… it was a lovely gesture.”
