Prince George’s favourite household chore is actually the cutest thing ever

Rebecca O'Keeffe

How sweet is this?

So we know that life for a little royal is different.

There are a number of responsibilities, public appearances and rules.

However, in a lot of ways, royals are just like us.

How, I hear you ask?

Well, take Prince George as an example – the future King of England.

Despite being third in line to the throne, the youngster still has household chores.

Rightly.

One thing that the prince always helps his parents with? Bringing in the food shopping.

The family get their shopping delivered (fair), and Prince George is always on hand to help bring the bits inside.

An insider said: “It is rare for anyone to ever offer to carry deliveries inside.”

“So the Waitrose delivery staff were surprised and delighted to be greeted regularly by Prince William and Prince George.”

“George is always particularly helpful and is the one who asks each time what he can carry for them. He is a very inquisitive child.”

How cute is that?

The insider continued:

“They give him lighter bags. It shows how down-to-earth William is and that he wants his son to grow up being polite and helpful to others.”

In fact, Kate Middleton is often spotted shopping in the supermarket when she’s not busy with official royal engagements.

See? They’re not a million miles away from normality in many ways.
