Prince Harry uses special 'energy' to stop his kids from crying
"When I had my first child I realised what was going on."
Prince Harry has opened up about how he uses his 'energy' to stop his children from crying.
The dad-of-two discussed fatherhood during an interview with Dr Gabor Maté.
He said parenting is all about energy.
He said, "Your children pick up on your energy more than you will ever know."
However, Harry didn't realise this until he became a father. The dad has two children with his wife Meghan Markle, son Archie and daughter Lilibet.

"If you had asked me about energy, seven, eight, 10 years ago I would have said “What are you talking about”. When I had my first child I realised what was going on."
"Sometimes I would have to remove myself from the room, take a deep breath, let it out.
The dad then changes his energy.
"I literally try and change my whole energy and go back in there. And all of a sudden he’s falling asleep in my arms."
The 38-year-old also said it's important to let your children have moments of frustration.
He said it's a perfectly normal part of growing up.
"If they have a moment of frustration, allow them to have that and then talk to them about it afterward."
