The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree, as the old expression goes.

In the trailer for his upcoming Netflix documentary Robbie Williams’ daughter, Theodora, showed off her own musical talent.

Towards the end of the sneak peek of the tell-all series, the former boy band member looks on in absolute awe as the 13-year-old belts out her dad’s hit song ‘Angels’.

Theodora, or Teddy – as both Robbie and his wife Ayda Field have nicknamed her – performed the rendition, singing the lines “She won’t forsake me,” before her dad joins in to belt out “I’m loving angels instead,” before her parents give her a round of applause.

Coinciding with the 25th anniversary of his solo career, the upcoming documentary features hours of never-before-seen archive footage, and exclusive access to Robbie, his life and how he became the singer he is today.

Robbie and his other half, Ayda, have four children together and viewers will get snippets of what their family life is like behind closed doors.

In June of this year, the couple posted a video of two of their children, Beau and Coco serenading their dad with another version of ‘Angels’.

In the video before their brief rendition, the kids could be heard calling Robbie “the bravest dad in town.”

The Netflix doc promises to offer fans an honest and candid look at the man behind the music, from his issues with substance abuse and dealing with mental health struggles.

At one point in the trailer, Robbie admits he felt like he was “giving more and more” of himself away, to the point where he couldn’t recognise himself in the mirror.
