Rosanna Davidson shares photos from first photoshoot with daughter Sophia

Rosanna Davidson took to Instagram last night to share some photos from the first photoshoot with her daughter, Sophia. Taking the images at her home in Dublin, Rosanna and her husband, Wes Quirke got a photographer to capture their family portrait as they begin the New Year as parents.

"We celebrated the 1st day of 2020 with a special photo shoot with Sophia" said Rosanna. "Thank you so much @midlandmedia.eu for coming to our home and taking such beautiful photos of our girl ❤️

Rosanna gave birth to Sophia by surrogate in November.

"Today, November 21st 2019 at 11.57am, our beautiful and healthy daughter Sophia Rose Quirke arrived safely into the world weighing 6lbs8oz... she’s absolutely perfect," the nutritionist wrote on Instagram.

Rosanna and Wesley announced that they were having a baby in July of this year. In an emotional post, the 35-year-old explained her struggles to conceive, having multiple miscarriages "despite the best efforts of reproductive immunology experts & a lot of immune-suppressant medication, injections, intravenous infusions and surgery." The pair then decided to travel overseas for gestational surrogacy and now, start the new year as a family.
