Rosanna Davison to host ‘Baby Sleep Workshop’ as part of Liffey Valley Life Sessions

Liffey Valley Shopping Centre has announced its lineup for a return of it’s ‘Life Sessions’ and includes Rosanna Davison hosting a ‘Baby Sleep Workshop’.

This exciting series of live events will give shoppers a unique opportunity to engage with leading industry experts on a range of topics.

Subject matter will include skincare tips, practical parenting hacks, as well as baby sleep workshops and nutrition, there’s something for everyone.

Running from Friday 16th June – Sunday 2nd July with great family fun activities along the way, this highly anticipated line-up of events will be hosted in a vibrant space within the Centre as the Penny’s Rotunda transforms into an epicentre of entertainment.

The admission fee for each of the Life Sessions is just €2, and tickets are available from liffeyvalley.ie/lifesessions.

Here’s everything you need to know:

Friday 16th – Sunday 18th June

Kicking off the 2023 Life Sessions at 10:30am on Friday 16th June, is a Baby Sleep Workshop hosted by best-selling author and mum of three, Rosanna Davison and Gentle Sleep Consultant, Ursula Quinn.

Also a busy mum of three, Ursula understands the impact sleep-deprivation can have one our lives and, on our relationships, with her workshop designed to give parents a valuable opportunity to learn effective techniques for healthy habits for baby and beyond.

Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June will see the Life Sessions stage taken over by little shoppers, as Liffey Valley celebrates Father’s Day with a series of special card-making sessions for all the family.

Running right across the weekend, crafters will be invited to book their spot for the chance to get creative, using art materials from The Art & Hobby, Flying Tiger Copenhagen and more.

Week Two: Friday 23rd – Sunday 25th June

Fuelled by complementary coffee from Butlers Chocolate Café and hosted by Stefanie Preissner new, soon-to-be, or even experienced parents looking for a refresher course, will enjoy an informative Baby Nutrition and Weening Workshop with Weaning Coach, Aileen Cox Blundell.

As temperatures continue to rise, renowned skinfluencer the Skin Nerd, A.K.A Jennifer Rock will discuss the latest trends and debunk the myths giving one lucky shopper the chance to win a €300 voucher for popular Liffey Valley retailer, Boots.

From SPFs to supplements, Jennifer will be sharing the simple techniques loved by her legion of loyal celebrity followers, giving personalised advice on the hero products that will help maintain optimal skin health this summer.

Week Three: Friday 30th – Sunday 2nd July

The final weekend of Life Sessions will kick-off with a family-fun day on Friday 30th June, featuring a Baby and Toddler Disco. With a specially curated playlist of catchy tunes and lively beats, this jam-packed schedule of entertainment is sure to keep little shoppers grooving and moving as families come together to make lasting memories.

Having recently launched her very own cosmetics brand True Beauty, make-up artist Aideen-Kate Murphy will be joining the stellar Life Sessions line-up on Saturday 1st July, hosting two live Masterclasses with goodie bags for all attendees including products from her all-new range.

Customers attending the Masterclasses will also have the chance shop their favourite True Beauty looks from the stand, with one lucky shopper treated to a full make-over and a personalised range of True Beauty Products.

Speaking about the upcoming events, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre Director, Denis O’Connell said: “We’re delighted to be bringing back our Liffey Valley Life Sessions for a third year.

“These sessions provide a unique platform for our loyal local and visiting customers to engage with leading industry experts and gain valuable knowledge and advice**.** We have carefully selected speakers who are well-respected in their field, ensuring that all attendees have a really great experience.

“Our aim is to make Life Sessions accessible for everyone and are proud that proceeds will be donated to our charity partners St Vincent De Paul. This just further underscores our commitment to the local community.”

Spaces are limited for each of the sessions and while walk-ups will be accommodated where feasible, Liffey Valley is encouraging shoppers to book their spots early to avoid disappointment.
