The royal family’s sweet tribute for Father’s Day made one thing very clear

Pretty obvious.

Yesterday was Father’s Day in both Ireland, the UK, and many other countries across the world.

So many of us took to social media to share sweet snaps and tributes to the doting dads in our lives, and royals were no different.

Taking to Instagram, the royal family shared several picture tributes to the different fathers in the family – and just look how cute these are:

The first picture they shared on stories was of the Duke of Cambridge with his three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The second picture shared to Instagram stories is of Prince Charles with his dad, the Duke of Edinburgh, who passed away last year aged 99.

And the third image is a lovely shot of the Queen (then Princess) Elizabeth with her father, Kind George.

However, as many of the royal family’s followers pointed out, there are no pictures of Prince Harry with his own two children, Archie, 3, and little Lilibet, 1.

Harry and his wife, Meghan, of course, stepped down as senior royals back in 2020, and have since moved to California with their children. They appeared on TV later that year in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, where they made some pretty serious allegations about members of Harry’s family and their time as part of the British royal family.

The fallout between the now US-based Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the rest of the royal family seems to be nowhere near getting better, after a pretty frosty reunion earlier this month when Harry and Meghan travelled back to the UK to take part in the Queen’s Platinum Jubilée celebrations.
