What we know so far about the Ryanair strikes taking place tomorrow

Industrial unrest for the company is at an all-time high.

Ryanair has confirmed that 100 pilots will take industrial actions tomorrow, with Irish passengers facing a fourth day of strikes. 20 flights in total have been cancelled, meaning 3,5oo passengers will have to rearrange their travel plans. After last week's strikes, Ryanair didn't hold back in its statement about its state of affairs: In a statement, the airline said:

"We apologise to the 2,500 Irish customers whose flights today (Tues) were cancelled last Thursday (and who were re-accommodated/refunded over the weekend) due to a 3rd unnecessary strike by a small minority (25 percent) of our Irish pilots (who earn €150,000 - €200,000 p.a.) over 'seniority and base transfer' proposals which they can't explain and which don't even affect them. "Our pilots should resolve these issues through our working group and notdisrupa any more customer holidays. "Across Europe today, Ryanair will operate over 2,400 flights, taking over 450,000 customers to their holiday destinations."

To further this, pilots in Belgium and Sweden have announced that they will also strike on August 10.

Unions for German and Dutch based pilots have also hinted that they will co-ordination their industrial action to take place on the same day.
