Stacey Solomon says she is nervous about going back to work

“I love my job so so much but oh my gosh I’m sad that my maternity leave is almost over.”

She welcomes little baby Rose back in autumn of last year, but for Stacey Soloman, time is just moving way too fast these days.

The Loose Women presenter took to social media yesterday and revealed that she is feeling a little nervous about going back to work  now that her maternity leave is almost over – much as she loves her job too.

Solomon shared photos of her baby daughter to her Instagram stories, writing:

“I love my job so so much but oh my gosh I’m sad that my maternity leave is almost over. I’m getting so nervous to go back.”

The 32-year-old also posted a video collage from when Rose was born, and added:

“I’m actually so sad that three months has gone by already. I’m so grateful to have had these beautiful months but why oh why does it go so quick. It’s been the most magical three months Rose. I can still smell your newborn smell and I’m so grateful to still be boobing with you.”

As well as baby Rose, the popular TV host is also mum to three-year-old son Rex with fiance Joe Swash, and sons Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships.

Also sharing an adorable snap from inside little Rose’s nursery, Solomon wrote:

“Three Whole Months! How did this happen Rose? Three wonderful months of loving you. My daughter. My Rose. Now can we please just stop time for a little while my heart can’t take it!”

Solomon and Swash often share snippets from their lives and home at ‘Pickle Cottage’ – the family’s new Essex home – to their followers on social media.

The pair is set to be married this summer, after they ended up cancelling their 2021 wedding, stating that they were not done having children yet, and when given a chance, they would rather delay the wedding a bit and be able to have all their children there on the day.
