“My milk came in today so I’m an emotional mess”
Stacey Solomon has opened up about how hard breastfeeding can be in the early days of motherhood.
The presenter gave birth to her fifth child, a baby girl, on February 7th at her home Pickle Cottage.
Stacey and her husband Joe Swash are overjoyed by their newest addition, but the mum said she has felt like “an emotional mess”.
She opened up about her breastfeeding journey on Instagram and said it hasn’t been easy, but she’s excited to establish it.
“I’m sitting in bed doing the cluster feeds ahead of the night time (I forgot how hard breastfeeding is at the beginning but I’m so excited to establish it).

“Your messages, comments, stories, and everything are just so so so amazing. Thank you,” Stacey wrote.
She told her followers that she will forever be grateful for all they do and even referred to them as her “family”.
Stacey gushed, “I just love you.”
“My milk came in today so I’m an emotional mess. But love you all lots and lots & can’t wait to catch up with you all properly.”
Speaking about her newborn daughter, Stacey said;
“She’s incredible and the other pickles are just in love with her.”
The former X Factor star confirmed her daughter’s arrival on Instagram yesterday evening.
She told her followers that her daughter was born at Pickle Cottage on February 7th.
Stacey said her little girl is adored by all of her brothers, as well as her big sister Rose.
This is Stacey’s third child with her husband Joe Swash. She is now a mum of five, as well as a stepmother to Joe’s son Harry.
Stacey and Joe’s blended family is just the cutest.
