Stacey Solomon has said that she felt self-conscious about her vagina during sex after she gave birth.

The singer and presenter told the Loose Women audience that since the birth of her sons, she often worries about the size of her vagina when she is having sex with new people.

The honest conversation came after the women were discussing the vaginal dysmorphia that many women experience after giving birth.

Speaking on the show, Stacey said:

“Now especially, if you have children and meet someone else I feel like ‘oh is it a big now? Is it massive? Can anyone get anything from this?’

“I feel really conscious about it.”

Stacey has been dating fellow TV presenter Joe Swash for the past while.

She has two kids from previous relationships.

Fellow panellist Nadia Sawalha said that she also experienced self-consciousness following the birth of her baby.

”I certainly remember that after having my baby, sitting there with my legs open with a mirror and sobbing my eyes out because it was so deformed.

“And that’s a kind of dysmorphia, isn’t it?”

The segment in question was concerning the rising numbers of women and girls considering vaginal rejuvenation surgery across the UK.

It was reported recently that girls as young as nine wanted to get the surgery.
