The reality star, who also swears by running to burn fat, tucks into low-carbohydrate meals, snacking on nutrient-packed avocado, lean meats and fish, yogurt, nuts and cheese while breastfeeding. And science proves she's on to something; the latest studies confirm that a high protein diet is the best way to shed extra weight without dealing with annoying hunger pangs.
