This Is What Mrs. West’s Post-Pregnancy Diet Looks Like

She almost broke the Internet again this morning when she shared a rather racy nude selfie, but even we have to hand it to Mrs. West: whatever she’s doing lately is working. 

Kim, who gave birth to son Saint just thirteen weeks ago, has been following the Atkins diet post-pregnancy, the same programme she used to drop 55lbs after the birth of her first child North West.

Sharing the photo, posed in her vast marble bathroom (she still hasn’t confirmed when exactly the shot was taken), on Instagram this morning, the star captioned the imaged: When you’re like I have nothing to wear LOL.’

After putting on 60lb during her second pregnancy, the 35-year-old, who has a famously sweet tooth (she once flew to Paris just to satisfy a pregnancy craving for cheesecake) now avoids sugar and processed carbohydrates entirely, following the Atkins plan.

The reality star, who also swears by running to burn fat, tucks into low-carbohydrate meals, snacking on nutrient-packed avocado, lean meats and fish, yogurt, nuts and cheese while breastfeeding.

And science proves she’s on to something; the latest studies confirm that a high protein diet is the best way to shed extra weight without dealing with annoying hunger pangs.
