This is every parent’s worst nightmare.
A little boy has been rushed to hospital following a freak accident in London.
According to reports, the 1-year-old fell from a height in Tottenham Hale.
Emergency services rushed to the scene. Paramedics attended to the boy at the scene and treated him until an air ambulance arrived.
The London Ambulance Service attended the accident too.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service stated: “We were called at 12.59 pm today (15 March) to reports of a child having fallen from height in Dawlish Road, Tottenham.
The spokesperson added, “We sent an ambulance crew and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance. We treated a patient at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre, by road, as a priority.”
Reports state the infant boy fell from a height in the Dawlish Road area.
He was treated at the scene but was then rushed to a major trauma centre.
Luckily, his condition is believed to be not life-threatening. However, he is being treated as a priority at the hospital.
Police officers have launched a full investigation into the incident.
A spokesperson for the Met Police said they’re following all lines of enquiry.
