When presenters Ant and Dec made the announcement - 23-year-old Ms Toffolo was nothing short of completely shocked and overwhelmed, uttering that she didn't even think anyone would like her.
"Is this real?" she furthermore asked. A gushing Ant and Dec called her a "well-deserved winner".

Indeed, runner-up Jamie Lomas, a Hollyoaks actor, seemed equally eager to applaud his rival's victory, also saying that she "truly deserved" her title.
Comedian Iain Lee had earlier on Sunday evening finished third.
Georgia won numerous supporters over the course of the three-week long show - including among her fellow contestants - and was certainly a firm favourite to claim the Jungle crown.
However, when the show kicked off on November 20, the Made In Chelsea star was actually something of an underdog.
Indeed, Toff - as she's affectionately known to her many fans - was the lowest paid-contestant this year, receiving just £13,000 (€14,800) for her stint in the Jungle.
In contrast, Amir Khan picked up an incredible £300,000 (€350,000) for his appearance - the biggest pay-cheque handed out to any participant in the 15-year history of I'm A Celeb.

This series of the reality TV show has been a massive hit for ITV; it's been the most popular series of I'm A Celeb in four years - with more than 10m people tuning in on average.
