She claims she is a changed woman.
The mother of Baby P is set to be released from prison.
40-year-old Tracey Connelly was charged with allowing her son's death.
Baby P, Peter Connelly, was killed in 2007 after being subjected to months of abuse.
It is believed the young boy suffered over 50 injuries within an 8-month period.
He suffered a broken back and broken ribs, as well as gashes to his head.
Ms. Connelly, her partner Steven Barker and his brother Jason Owen were all found guilty of allowing or causing the death of a child.
Following today's decision, Ms. Connelly could be released from prison in a matter of weeks.
Justice Secretary Dominic Raab called for her release to be blocked.
However, the Parole Board rejected the Government's concerns.
The Parole Board believes Ms. Connelly does not pose a threat to the public.
He stressed that releasing her would be
a major mistake.
Connelly's own family also said she shouldn't be released from prison, but their concerns were ignored.
A member of her family recently told The Sun: "When will these people learn evil is evil?"
They told the publication, "Connelly gets chance after chance. She's fooled them before and fooled them again."
Baby P was killed in August 2007. Connelly was then imprisoned in the Old Bailey in 2009.
She was jailed indefinitely for a minimum of 5 years.
She was released in 2013 but was sent back to prison when she was caught selling explicit photos of herself online.
Connelly has been denied parole three times since she was sentenced.
However, she now claims she is a changed woman.
