“They are getting married soon”
Before proposing to Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker reportedly visited her father’s grave.
The drummer knew how much Kourtney’s father meant to her and wanted to still involve him in their special day.
Ahead of their engagement, Travis ensured her father was part of the touching moment.
Kris revealed the touching gesture in the latest episode of The Kardashians.
Robert Kardashian died two months after being diagnosed with esophageal cancer in 2003.
He was only 59-years-old.
She told Kim, “He came over and asked for her hand in marriage, and I was like … it was so sweet and so tender.
“And then he said he went to your dad’s grave and asked your dad, and I just lost it.”
“I wish that your dad was here to see it,” Kris added.
“I can hardly believe that it’s the first time that she’s getting married. Isn’t that cute?”
Kim quipped, “While I’ve had enough for all of us.”
Kourtney and Travis are reportedly tying the knot later this year.
The couple may have tied the knot in a spontaneous Vegas ceremony, but Kourtney confirmed it wasn’t official.
Kourtney is remaining tight-lipped about their wedding day, but reports claim the pair may be getting married in Italy.
Apparently, Kourtney and Travis visited Italy for a romantic getaway and fell in love with it.
A source told People that they were looking for wedding destinations in Europe.
“Kourtney and Travis had a wonderful trip to Italy. Their first stop in Milan was wedding-related.”
“They are getting married soon,” the source teased.
“Their wedding will be small and Kourtney is keeping all the details secret,” the source added.
