Vogue Williams has been hit with backlash after admitting she only wears her clothes once.
The mum opened up about how she’s trying to be more sustainable during an interview on Lorraine. She admitted that she is guilty of only wearing an item of clothing once and then leaving it in her wardrobe.
“I would be guilty of getting something and putting it in the wardrobe and not re-wearing it.
The mum-of-three admitted, “I am trying to get better at that.”
“I don’t want to wear something once then stuff it in the wardrobe,” Williams added.
She may be trying to get better at re-wearing her clothes, but viewers were furious to hear she is so wasteful.
One said, “Isn’t she lucky to afford it? I think my jeans are 10 years old.”
Another wrote, “How about instead of just sticking it in the wardrobe to “never see the light of day again” she should donate them to charity, where they will see the light of day again and again?”
Many stressed that it was unfair of Vogue to brag about her wealth considering the cost of living crisis.
One said, “Hope she donates her clothes to charity. I don’t think now is the time not to shout out your wealth.”
Another viewer said, “Not in touch with the real world. Even Prince William’s wife Kate wears her clothes more than once.”
The backlash comes after Vogue was slated for being rude to a passenger on a plane.
The mum slammed the “awful” man because he wouldn’t swap seats with her. Vogue was traveling back to London with her family, but booked the wrong seats on the flight.
