Vogue Williams posts touching tribute to her late dad on his birthday

"My lovely dad would have been 76 today!"

Vogue Williams has taken to Instagram today to share a touching tribute to her late father. The model's dad passed away eight years ago in November 2010, when he died during an operation to remove a brain aneurysm. Sharing a picture from her childhood, the image shows Vogue and her dad with the caption: "My lovely dad would have been 76 today" and a heart emoji. Speaking in her autobiography "Everything", the star once admitted that she took some of the blame for her father's death, as she believed she pushed him to get the operation. She wrote:

“In a weird way, I blame myself a little for him dying. “I pushed him to get the operation out of the way, when maybe he should have waited a little longer and had more of a life."

Vogue Williams announced that she is expecting her first child alongside fiancé and former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews last week. Breaking the news via a photoshoot in Hello magazine, the star said:

"I couldn’t be more delighted to announce that we are expecting our first baby! “Being with you @spencermatthews is the best thing that has ever happened to me, you are the dream."
