This has to be seen to be believed! Originally from Limerick, London-based, Maria Malone-Guerbaa created this mind-melding bunny face in three hours using high quality professional theatre make-up.
The mum-of-two googled pictures of bunnies before deciding which one to replicate on her own face. The look was created solely with paints, using no prosthetics or any other trickery whatsoever and it is seriously impressive. Her Instagram post has received thousands of likes with many ambitious fans attempting to recreate the look. Maria told the Daily Mail that she always had a keen interest in art as a child but didn’t start doing face painting until her children’s parties. She creates the look by first painting a white base and then sketching the features of the rabbit over her own, then filling in black paint on the sides of her face to create the shape of a rabbit head.
Previously she has recreated Jack Nicholson, Morgan Freeman and many animal lookalikes.
