People all over the world tuned in to see Meghan Markle walking down the aisle with the royal wedding receiving a LOT of attention back in May.

Now, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have opened up about their big day and the suspense leading up to the moment they actually said ‘I do’.

It’s all a bit soppy and romantic and we can’t help but turn to mush thinking about how in love are they are but be warned, you won’t enjoy if you’re not a fan of the royal couple.

A new exhibition featuring memorabilia from the big day recently opened at Windsor Castle and to celebrate the opening, the couple shared some of their personal thoughts and memories from their wedding.

Meghan walked down the aisle to Eternal Source of Light Divine composed by George Frideric Handel and it turns out that Prince Harry was responsible for the song choice.

The exhibition entitled A Royal Wedding: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex featured both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recounting their day and it’s very sweet altogether.

Chatting about his decision to choose this song, Prince Harry said:

“I was looking for something completely different.

“I ended up stumbling across this piece of music, something that epitomizes the whole day, the whole feeling that I have for her, and this incredibly impactful music with no organ whatsoever, with a soloist who actually did the most incredible job”.

Can you cope? We can’t.

According to People, Harry also went on to say that listening to the song brings him and his wife right back to their wedding day.

“Wherever we are, whatever we’re doing, we can close our eyes, listen to that music and take ourselves straight back to that moment, it’s a beautiful thing for both of us”.

Ah, stop it.
