Young mother found dead at her sick child’s bedside in Dublin hospital

A young mother has passed away after being found unresponsive at a hospital in Dublin.

32-year-old Sarah Jane Brazil was found next to her child's hospital bed at Children's Health Ireland in Tallaght on Sunday. Those close to the young woman have said that her death was completely unexpected. Tributes to the Brazil family have poured in over social media, with many unable to come to terms with the tragedy. Many described the 32-year-old as loving and caring and that she was gone too soon. One close friend to the young mum wrote;

"I just can't get my head around you being gone… all the memories running round my head, friends for 20 years."

According to Independent.ie a spokesperson for Children's Health Ireland said that they contacted relevant authorities immediately but would not be speaking further on Sarah Jane's untimely passing out of respect for the Brazil family. Ms Brazil will repose in her family home in Killinarden today before removal on Friday for funeral Mass in the Church of the Sacred Heart in Killinarden at 10am. Cremation will take place after the Mass at Newlands Cross Cemetery. Our thoughts are with Ms Brazil's family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
