Yvonne Connolly said she is so proud of her son.
Yvonne Connolly has opened up about becoming a grandmother for the first time.
Earlier this month, her son Jack Keating became a dad. A former partner of Jack’s gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at the beginning of the month.
The Love Island star announced the news on his Instagram by sharing a photo of him cuddling his newborn daughter.
Alongside the image, he wrote, “Welcome to the world my little Princess.”
His mum, Yvonne Connolly, has now opened up about her first grandchild.
She said becoming a grandmother has been an exciting chapter for her.
In honour of her son Jack’s 24th birthday, Yvonne posted a photo of her cradling her grandchild with Jack standing proudly beside them.

Alongside the photo, the TV chef said;
“Happy birthday Jack.
“24 years ago today I held you in my arms like this and you made me the happiest woman in the world.I’ve loved you every minute of every day since.
“I’m so proud of you and ridiculously excited to be a Granny,” she added.
Jack’s daughter is Yvonne and ex-husband Ronan Keating’s first grandchild.
The pair got married in 1998, but divorced in 2015.
Yvonne and Ronan share three children together- son Jack, and daughters Missy and Marie.
