‘Guess How Many Eggs’ to raise funds vital for Children’s Health Foundation

Melissa Carton

An incredible cause to support.

There was great ‘eggscitement’ in CHI at Connolly today  when the team at ZuCar arrived with a car fully loaded with Lily O’Brien Easter eggs to launch their joint Easter egg counting competition in aid of Children’s Health Foundation.

But the big question is, can you guess how many eggs there are?

Children’s Health Foundation raises funds to support the vital, life-saving work that takes place every minute of every day in Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) hospitals and urgent care centres, from funding essential equipment and patient and parental supports, to making new services and ground-breaking paediatric research possible.

This year, many sick children will spend Easter in CHI at Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly.

Through this new and exciting collaboration, ZuCar and Lily O’Brien’s have come together to ensure that 400 Easter eggs are donated to CHI hospitals and urgent care centres, and that they arrive in style!

As part of this year’s collaboration, ZuCar and Lily O’Brien’s are calling on the public to get involved and guess how many Easter eggs there are in the car.

Commenting at the launch today Denis Maher, Corporate Executive at Children’s Health Foundation said;

“We are delighted to partner with ZuCar and Lily O’Brien’s for this brand new and exciting collaboration.

A hallmark of Easter for any child is getting to receive an Easter egg, and this year we are so grateful for the support of Zu Car and Lily O’Brien’s for making this happen for the sick children across CHI.

This initiative will help to spread some excitement and joy across CHI hospitals and urgent care centres, while also raising vital funds that will help give every sick child the very best chance.

Thank you from all of us here at Children’s Health Foundation to the wonderful teams at ZuCar and Lily O’Brien’s for your amazing support.”
