Take a class
For yoga and dance classes, as part of the 'Summer Stage' performing arts camps’ dance and drama workshops for boys and girls aged 4-12 years, head over to the 'Super Troopers' tent. These sessions involve games, warm-ups, exercises and routines. (Pre-register here.)
Spark your imagination
As well as creative arts and crafts workshops at the 'Artzone', the ESB 'Spark Your Imagination' hub is for those who want to explore their own ideas or learn about science. 'Fighting Words' is a must for any aspiring young authors or artists out there. (Pre-register here.)
Bring your pet
'PET-acular' with the D.S.P.C.A is a new area where families and animal lovers can bring their pets to enjoy the festival fun. Your pooch could be the star of the 'Scruffs Dog Show' or they could simply have fun running around the 'King of Paws' agility arena. The wonderful team at the D.S.P.C.A will be on hand to provide pet health advice.
Visit the HerFamily.ie breastfeeding/baby-changing area
Come say hello to a few members of our team at this area dedicated to mums and dads who want a nice, comfortable place to change or feed their little ones. There will also be a chill-out area should you want some downtime from the festivities.
Eat, eat and eat!
If you love your grub, you need to pay a visit to 'JUST EAT Street', a dedicated international street food festival. With over 25 different cuisines to choose from, you are bound to find a dish that tickles your taste buds. There will also be some music from international music acts while you tuck in.
Get a health check
It’s not all fun and games of course. Adults can also get their blood pressure checked for free by the onsite nurse who will be available and ready to provide information and advice to those who want it.
