Adorable! 5 easy and ultra-cute DIY Valentine’s Day cards your kids can make themselves

Trine Jensen-Burke

It’s coming up to February, and I don’t know about you, but I like to embrace the season of love we are in.

And I am not just talking about romance and the romantic kind of Valentine’s love, but rather the idea that we can use this day to celebrate all kinds of love, from friendship to the love our kids have for their grandparents, teachers and even their siblings.

What this means is that every year we sit down and make a ton of Valentine’s cards. Because let’s face it, no matter how sweet the Hallmark or M&S cards are, they just can’t compete with the ones you have made yourself.

And this year, I am loving these five sweet ideas:

1. I Love You Bear-Y Much

Perfect for little friends – who can resist a cuddly, friendly teddy?!

For full instructions on how to make these, head to Iheartcraftythings.com

2. 3D Heart Balloon

Slightly older kids will love something slightly more challenging, and I think these cards are seriously gorgeous – and actually easier to put together than they look.

3. You Are Dino-Mite

I mean; how are these for a cool Valentine for little class-friends?!

These are available to buy and download for print from Etsy

4. Ex-STRAW Special

And just to be clear: It is very in the moment to be gifting away reusable straws too!

5. You Blow Me Away

Because everybody loves bubbles.
