Leia and Lauren Young are only eight months old but they’ve already amassed over 142,000 followers on Instagram. According to the Mail Online, the adorable twins from Singapore were born at 31 weeks. That hasn't stopped them from taking the world, or more accurately one of the biggest social media platforms, by storm though.
