'Mummy and Me' fitness classes have always been a crucial part of bonding. It's all about having fun while kids are developing their cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills.
If you've ever taken a Zumba class you'll know that it's less about how good you are at dancing and more about dancing around like an eejit while burning calories and laughing so hard it hurts.
Created by the people behind the global dance fitness phenomenon Zumba, Zumbini is all about the fun:
Zumbini promises to help with the emotional development of your child through dancing, moving, singing and feeling. It also enhances cognitive skills as well as balance and rhythm.
Although the official Zumbini hasn't landed in Ireland just yet, there are plenty of kids and kids junior Zumba classes on offer across the country from the age of 4 upwards.
