One of the most surprisingly effective sleep techniques is the tissue trick - a gentle, soothing method that helps lull babies into sleep in record time.
Simply take a dry tissue and softly stroke it over your baby’s face in slow, delicate motions.

White noise machines, soft lullabies, or even the hum of a fan can create a soothing background sound that helps babies settle down.
Running water, like a gentle stream or a shower, can also have a hypnotic effect, making it easier for your little one to drift off.
