His speech is in song (yes, in song) with a personalised medley of love ballads directed at his brother and new spouse on their wedding day.
Beginning with Ed Sheeran’s “Stay with Me” and changing the lyrics to suit, he starts beautifully. With sweet lines “Luckily for you, she didn’t say no, ‘cos that would be sad” and emotional additions “Adrian, now you’ve become a man, we’re not the kids we used to be, I’m so proud of you, all you’ve done for me/whether you realise or not, I wish nothing but the best for your lives… and all the rest.” Hand on “Her Family” heart, we are sobbing.
