After a sell-out first year, The Big Grill BBQ & Craft Beer Festival is back in Herbert Park, Ballsbridge this weekend. Meet some of the world’s best BBQ stars and pitmasters at their demos and talks, check out Ireland’s first USA style slow ‘n’ low BBQ competition, drop by Weber’s interactive grill academy and visit the small batch liquor and cocktail bar for a tipple on the way home.
