That’s pretty old.

Britney Spears has been making some amendments to her last will and testament.

Apparently, her two sons Jayden and Sean, will not be seeing the bulk of their inheritance until the ripe old age of 35.

According to TMZ, the Hit Me Baby One More Time singer has built a trust which will give her sons their inheritance over time instead of all at once – meaning that they will not be given their mum’s full fortune and estate until they reach that age.

Sources have said that Britney made the decision to “protect” her sons.

The entertainment news site reports:

“The trust gives them limited access at 18, more access to the money at 25, but they won’t get it all until they’re eligible to run for President.”

This change will also mean that the amount of inheritance tax the boys have to pay will be reduced considerably.

Britney’s estate is estimated to be worth millions of dollars.
