A man has paid a touching tribute to his sister on her 20th birthday by sharing a photograph of her at birth.
Imgur user MrKarter77 uploaded a picture of his sibling and explained that she was born 15 weeks early.
He said that she had a 20 per cent chance of survival and spent her first three months in an incubator.
