David Beckham will always hold a special place in our hearts, not only because he’s not too hard to look at but also because he seems like a good father.
And over the weekend, he reached a special milestone: getting into a car with his 17-year-old son Brooklyn and not being the driver.
It’s a daunting prospect for any parent but former footballer David seemed to take it in his stride, posting the below image on Instagram.
Alongside the photograph, he wrote: “The face of a dad that’s almost 41 being driven around by his little boy (not so little) @brooklynbeckham”.
We take it the teenager is either just learning to drive or has just passed his test and can’t wait to get out on the road.
For any other parents out there with kids who are getting behind the wheel, here are three top tips from
the AA website:
- First and foremost, be patient.
- Ask them about what they are learning in their lessons and help them practice it.
- It’s important that the learner driver get experience the road at different times of the day.
