Drew Barrymore has a trick for tackling toddler tantrums and parents everywhere will appreciate

Thank you, Drew.

If you have ever been in possession of a toddler, you know just how unpredictable and, well, nuts, they can be at times.

Luckily, when it comes to having a toddler, we are all in the same boat, and literally just do our best to navigate through this crazy time with our tiny tots.

This includes celebrity mums too, who, just like you and me, will give anything for a good tip or hack for dealing with the dreaded tantrums.

Actress Drew Barrymore has a nifty and creative tip for stopping toddler tantrums and her fans have gone wild for the easy trick.

The actress, 43, who is mums to daughters Olive and Frankie, revealed that giving your toddler bubbles was the answer when your little one is throwing a strop.

She posted the advice from the @seedlingsgroup Instagram account and wrote: ‘This was a great tip from them. The post said… Summer toddler tip: “keep bubbles on hand.

‘“You cannot tantrum if you are breathing and you cannot blow bubbles without breathing. You can’t tantrum while smiling and you can’t catch bubbles without lots of smiles. Quick distraction to get back to calm”.’

Parents responded to the useful tip and praised Drew for sharing the advice.

User mediummoniquemosher wrote: ‘This is a fantastic way to get them out of their storm and pull them back into your calm. Yes!! Love this.’

Megandmaxi said: ‘This is a great idea! I have never thought of carrying bubbles with me. Very smart! Thank you for the advice’.

Note to self: Go buy some bubble mixture!
