“A magic moment.”

Aoibhín Garrihy has introduced her newborn daughter Líobhan to her big sister Hanorah for the first time.

The mother-of-two gave birth to her second child earlier this week with husband John Burke following a “crazy 24 hours.”

She has since revealed the newborn’s entirely unique name – translating from Irish to ‘Beautiful’ – while also sharing a video of her two daughters meeting for the first time.

The really quite touching footage, you can watch below.

“A magic moment we will cherish forever,” she wrote. “The moment Hanorah met Líobhan. What a day.”

God bless them.

Aoibhín welcomed her second child yesterday just after 12pm, stating that she had been painting her nails with the intention of attending an awards ceremony when she realised that she was, in fact, in labour.

“What a crazy 24 hours it’s been,” she said. “One minute you’re painting your nails with notions of an awards night, the next you’re on the labour ward at 2am… the result?

“The ULTIMATE reward, a perfect little sister for Hanorah, another beautiful Burke baby girl arrived today at 12:36pm and we are simply in love.”

Aoibhín and John married in 2016 in Doolin, Co. Clare in an intimate ceremony.

They had been dating for six years before John popped the question in June 2015, when they were walking their dog Rubie on the Cliffs of Moher.
