Forgetting somebody’s birthday is probably the worst thing you could do to a person.
It’s worse than cheating on them, it’s worse than running them over, it’s worse than stealing all of their belongings and leaving them in a wood somewhere.
Yeah, worse than all of that, alright?
Imagine how guilty this grandson felt then when he realised he had forgotten to message his granny a happy birthday.
He probably felt pretty bad in fairness.
… But not half as bad as we’re sure he felt when he received the following text message from his granny.

The lethal text, which was sent at 7.03am reads: “Happy birthday to my self hadn’t heard from my grandson thanks.”
Intense.
After Dae’s tweet went viral, he added that he eventually texted his granny back and called her.
No reply.
Ouch.
He finally managed to get in touch with her by promising to take her to dinner.
UPDATE II: She finally answered after 12hrs. Acted like she ain’t know who I was. Promised I’d take her out for dinner next time I come home. Regained her whole memory lol
