The future. She’s here.
If you’ve ever slept in a bed with another person, you will know all too well the trials and tribulations associated with trying to get a decent night’s sleep.
You’re too warm, they’re too cold, you’re sticking your leg out the side while they’re wrapping themselves in as much of the blanket as they can manage.
And if you’ve never slept in a bed with another person, lol bit lame but OK.
At the end of the day, it’s worth it and all, but if there was a way to make duvet sharing go a little more smoothly, we’d be pretty into that.
And now, apparently, there is – because the Smartduvet exists and it lets you choose how hot or cold you want either side of it.
Oh, and it also makes itself in the mornings.
Yes, really.
According to the product’s website:
“The Smartduvet allows you to set your preferred temperature and bed making time directly from the app. Preheat or cool your bed ahead of time to get the best night’s sleep.”
The duvet also apparently “pays for itself” because it reduces the need to turn the heating on or avail of a fan during the summer months.
Which is handy enough to know considering the duvets cost between €250 and €350 for one so, you know, it’d want to be worth it.
