Tamara Ecclestone puts her child on a ‘unicorn’… and gets a LOT of criticism

Tamara Ecclestone is well used to criticism.

Still breastfeeding her three-year-old daughter and living the OTT life that comes with being a billionaire heiress, the 33-year-old certainly parents in the spotlight.

Now she’s under fire again – for placing Sophie, her only child, on top of a ‘unicorn’.

Yes, attending a recent children’s party, Tamara posed alongside her daughter, who had been stuck up on a white horse’s back.

The horse had its mane dyed for the occasion and wore a fake horn on its head as well as bells on its feet.

It was an image that prompted a pretty furious response from online observers.

Many lamented that the animal was being abused, with one stating: “Jeeees that poor horse…this isn’t right. Animals are not toys.”

Another said: “Poor horse! Just how it wants to spend its day with a horn stuck on his head after having its hair dyed pink.”

More individuals called her out as being “selfish”.

However, others were more supportive, with one individual saying: “Some people love to cause drama by posting negative comments”. They added that Tamara was “a wonderful woman, a great mother and wouldn’t be doing this if she thought the horse was being subjected to any type of cruelty or neglect.”

They concluded: “It’s probably looked after better than most. If she wants to give her daughter a unicorn then why not!!! No harm was done other than to make a little girl happy.”

Tamara, who has been married to Jay Rutland since 2013, is currently on holiday in the south of France with her family.

She furthermore announced this morning that she is launching a baby-care brand, Fifi & Friends.
