Earlier today, he became the oldest male Wimbledon singles title holder of the modern playing era.

Aged 35, Roger Federer clinched the championship in straight sets against Croatian Marin Cilic.

In the aftermath of his historic victory - his eighth title at SW19 and his 19th Grand Slam in total - it was clear that the occasion meant magnitudes to the Swiss athlete. Indeed, already emotional at the weight of his on-court achievements, when Roger spotted his four children cheering his victory from the crowd... he really lost it.

Fighting back his tears as he looked at them, they eventually caught his eye - promoting him to wave proudly and smile. Roger and his wife Mirka have two sets of twins: girls aged eight, and boys aged three.

The boys - Leo and Lennart - were dressed in jackets, shirts, and chinos for Sunday's men's final. Meanwhile, the girls - Myla Rose and Charlene Riva - had pretty floral dresses, sparkly sandals, and cardigans.
