Husband trolled after telling wife he requires ‘full assistance’ to get ready in the mornings

A husband has been slammed by Mumsnet users needing "full assistance" from his wife while getting ready in the morning. This includes, according to his wife, packing a bag for him and placing the items that he "must not forget" by the door - while she sorts out their three kids, who all attend different schools. The original poster explained that on this particular morning, he had some "important meetings" - so she had left everything out for him, including hanging up his suit. But, even still, her husband wasn't too happy. She says that in the morning, he woke up "in a flap" as he's cycling to the meetings and "apparently wanted a bag packed." She continued:

"Wouldn't you think that if you could see someone was dealing with three children in the mornings, you wouldn't add to the general rush and stress everyone out by shouting ridiculous questions and demands about things you could easily do yourself? "This is a man who employs hundreds of people, by the way. Does anyone else have this kind of issue with their husband?"

"I'd just laugh in his face in disbelief. But it wouldn't happen, because my DP doesn't think I'm his PA. Who on earth does your DH think he is?"

"Bloody hell. The 'full assistance' bit would have made me do some serious eye rolling.

"My husband and I both have fairly pressured jobs (at times) and help each other out if either one of us has a particularly tricky day ahead, but it's usually more of a 'you wouldn't mind giving me a hand would you...?' Rather than a barked order.

"That would go down (on both sides) like a steaming pile of sh*t."

"Of course he thinks he is perfectly reasonable, because you have told him that he is by enabling this f**king ridiculous behaviour for years and years."

"He sounds like a pompous a***. No assistance required to get out of bed and go to work here."
