Talking to the Irish Independent about the reaction the video has received, the mum-of-three admits she can't quite believe it.

"I'm still in shock. I'm just happy to make people smile from the video. There has been so many heartfelt comments. It means so much." Well, they sure thawed our Frozen hearts anyway!
