Well, fear not ladies - Our team of mums and experts have you covered. We are holding a FREE and exclusive event in Dundrum Town Centre this Tuesday the 14th of February at 9.30am at the baby cinema in Movies@Dundrum Town Center.
We have Leisha McGrath, Occupational Psychologist and Mum coach on hand to give FREE advice for saving your sanity as well as practical advice and organisational skills.
The event will also be presented by Psychologist and HerFamily mum, Alison Bough who will talk you through how to maintain some life balance when baby comes along
and some tips for boosting your confidence in the workplace after maternity leave.
You bring the baby (or bump) and we will bring the coffee. Phone a friend and make it a date. We look forward to sharing the advice as well as the love (It is Valentines day after all)
