Kathryn Thomas posted first Christmas pic of her baby and mums are swooning over her

It's baby Ellie's first Christmas.

Operation Transformation host, Kathryn Thomas gave birth to her first child, baby Ellie back in March of this year. Ellie McLoughlin was born on Friday, March 23 at 10.02am and Kathryn took to Instagram at the time to say she is "the most perfect thing I've ever seen." Since then we've seen adorable pictures of little Ellie tucked up in bed, spending time on a woodland outing with her dad, Padraig McLaughlin and most recently helping her mum out decorating the Christmas tree. The little girl is dressed in a stunning red festive dress with a white peter-pan collar and looks absolutely angelic. Kathryn captioned the special picture:

"Finished decorating the tree yesterday.... with a little assistance. I already know this is going to be my best ever Christmas. What a year it has been. My gorgeous girl, I fall in love with you more every day."

The 39-year-old has previously spoken honestly about her past miscarriages and her desire to start a family. We're so happy to see that Kathyrn has her beautiful little girl to celebrate Christmas with this year and we're not the only ones. Kathryn's Instagram was inundated with compliments on little Ellie. One follower said:

"I've never seen such a beautiful baby."

While another added:

"She is a beautiful little doll. Enjoy your first Christmas with her."

No doubt it will be Kathryn's most magical to date.
