The TV star shared the news on social media this morning with a gorgeous photo.
In the snap, Katie is seen holding her new daughter's hand, and it's a very cute one indeed.
She captioned the photo: "We’ve been blessed with the safe arrival of a baby girl."
She added: "Our family is now complete."
