Kerry Katona has lost more than 2 stone… and she looks amazing

But mum-of-five Kerry Katona has recently lost more than 2 stone... and we have to say she looks incredible. On Wednesday she posted a series of snaps to Instagram - proudly showing off her uh-maze-ing stomach and arms. "Woohoo I’ve lost over 2 stone, feeling on top of the world!" she wrote. Kerry also gave a "big shout out" to Skinny Revolution, which at a glance seems to be a range of weight-loss shakes. Back in November, Ms Katona lost a stone in two weeks - and since then she's gradually shed another stone. Last spring, the 37-year-old said she had liposuction, admitting that "doctors pulled four-and-a-half litres of fat out". "I was a dress size 14 and I'm an 8 now. I've lost three stone, from 12-and-a-half stone to nine-and-a-half stone," she told Reveal at the time. So also exercised to stay healthy - "about an hour of yoga every morning," as well as "cardio in the gym, probably about two hours a week. "I've also cut out carbs and alcohol." Recently, Kerry's eldert child, 16-year-old Molly (whose dad is Brian McFadden), moved to Ireland to live with her grandparents in Artane in Dublin in order to focus on her education. Kerry's other children are Lilly, 14, Heidi, 10, Dylan-Jorge, 3 and Max, 9. The family lives in Surrey in the UK.
