And when she returned to the tattoo parlour, the artist laughed - and explained that they could only offer a refund. The mum was told it would be easy to fix with laser surgery.
However, after looking into the process of having it removed, she and her husband decided to take an alternative route.
They changed the then-almost-two-year-old boy's name to Kelvin.
Johanna told how she will now be getting a tattoo of the name of her third child, Freya.
However, this time she's planning on taking extra precautions.
She added:
"I'm going to write it down on a piece of paper and check it over 10,000 times,"
